AYS is a hospitality-training center that teaches hospitality jobs. We are a team of hospitality lover and connoisseur who came together to teach anyone who wants to work in the industry, how to be the best at their job. We put our focus on teaching practical jobs such as “receptionists”; we will also be introducing “waiters” in the short run.
The Smile
Our desire is to infuse emotion into a check-in/check-out world by bringing the home away from home feeling to each customer. Through it, the genuine care and comfort of the guests will be our highest mission.
Our Vision
We don’t just mold receptionists; we create the attitude that will put your establishment on another level.
Our Value
Discipline: “Discipline is a simple way of doing complicated things”
Our Promise
You will become a lady and a gentleman, serving a lady and a gentleman.

But with a need to understand and master the operational side of the hotel industry, she took on guest-facing roles with Four Seasons, Sofitel and Ritz Carlton before realizing that her true passion for people was in human resources. After a Master degree in Paris in luxury hospitality brand management, she founded Talent Advisor a hospitality coaching and recruitment firm based in Morocco.
